Overview
FGCC, a Section 42 public sector entity under Pakistan's Ministry of Commerce, aims to boost garment exports and support SMEs through a dedicated project with 38.919 acres of land, FGCC plans to construct three buildings to facilitate SMEs in the garment industry under a Public Private Partnership model, reducing capital outlay and providing state-of-the-art facilities.
This initiative aligns with national policies for export-oriented growth, supported by advisory services from P3A in accordance with the P3A Act, 2017.

Private Party Return
Participation in FGCC projects offers private parties diverse revenue streams, including rental income, alongside the chance to showcase garments domestically and internationally, opening doors to expanded market visibility and increased business opportunities.
