Overview
The Project envisaged construction of 1 km long Habibabad Flyover on BOT basis at a cost of US$ 8 million. Private party was required to finance construction of the Bridge from its own resources, operate it for a defined concession period and transfer the Project back to NHA at no cost at the end of concession period. The Project’s concession period is 10 years (including an year for construction and financial close) and NHA expects to earn equivalent to US$ 65 million over the concession period. The Project was awarded in April 2014 and currently it is in operations phase.
