AIYSHA KHALID

Chief Executive Officer, Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) | Additional Secretary, Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan

Aiysha Khalid is a senior government executive with over three decades of experience in public policy, economic governance, revenue administration, institutional reform and strategic leadership. She currently serves as CEO of the Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A), while also serving as Additional Secretary, Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan.

She holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University, with a specialisation in Macroeconomic Analysis, complemented by an M.Sc. in International Relations from Quaid-e-Azam University.

Throughout her distinguished public service career, Ms. Khalid has held senior leadership positions across the Ministries of Privatisation, Economic Affairs, Interior, National Food Security & Research and Federal Education, as well as the Federal Board of Revenue. Her expertise spans policy formulation, economic planning, public sector reform, institutional capacity building, inter-ministerial coordination and multilateral engagement.

At P3A, she is leading efforts to strengthen Pakistan’s federal PPP framework and mobilise private sector participation in strategic public infrastructure and development priorities, bringing together extensive policy experience, institutional leadership and a strong understanding of public-sector transformation.
