Saeed Iqbal is a veteran banking professional with extensive expertise in investment banking, project finance, and debt syndication. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Group Head of Investment Banking at United Bank Limited (UBL), where he led a multi-award-winning team operating across Pakistan and the GCC. Under his leadership, UBL’s investment banking division successfully closed over $34 billion in transactions, including loan syndications, fixed income issuance, structured finance, and private equity investments.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Saeed has held board positions, contributed to institutional growth, and received notable awards, including "Best Corporate Finance House (Fixed Income)" and "Best Bank for Corporate Finance" in 2017. A British Chevening Scholar, he holds an MA in Development Economics from the University of Sussex and a BSc (Econ) Honours from the London School of Economics.
